I assume you mean Russia hitting Western weaponry coming into Ukraine from Poland.

It might be “fair play”, but there is no possible advantage to Russia to hit those weapons before they cross the border into Ukraine.

No, I mean the russians using a disgruntled group to use weaponry against EU or US targets.
