Interesting information......if any of it is true. Words in a bill about accountability don’t mean much when we are talking about reporting to congress ( both parties are aways way behind the curve ).

You are omitting one very important fact. Russia has weapons of their own, lots and lots of them, and will fight back. They are in the process of military shoving the terms of Minsk II, and then some, right up the collective west’s ass right now.
What you say might make for a fun Hollywood movie, and repetitive FR banter, but not much else.

#2: The US and Europe paying for the war and supplying weapons and equipment while Ukraine fights is working. The Russian army is getting ground down at relatively low cost and risk to the US. Russia simply can not replace its losses in equipment and experienced personnel like Ukraine can. Going all out is not needed and hopefully can be avoided.
