And yes, Dog Day Afternoon is Al Pacino at his best with a great tune.
Except for “Burn Down the Mission” (and maybe the syrupy “Love Song”), “Tumbleweed Connection” is a very conservative album. “My Father’s Gun”, “Talking Old Soldiers”, and “Country Comfort” are very culturally conservative.
