Wouldn’t you WANT to deport criminals and law breakers?

Absolutely. We have enough crime to deal with from our own citizens.

The Equal Protection Clause is part of the first section of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. The clause, which took effect in 1868, provides “nor shall any State ... deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” It mandates that individuals in similar situations be treated equally by the law

So the 14th Amendment doesn’t exist anymore?

He is Cuban I believe. Originally came from Mesa AZ before he was to be fired from the PD. Became SFPD chief then DA then left for LA.

He has the reverse Midas touch. Everything he touches turns to Shiite. He was running a secret 9 strikes your out program in SF before he left for LA.

This is against the law. This creep violated his oath of office.

Someone should inform the Daily Mail that they are illegal aliens, not “immigrants.”

15 Gascon is a MARXIST. He should be charged with malfeasance of office and reckless endangerment. He’s also insane. Typical California judicial leftist shit.

An effort to recall George Gascón from his position as the Los Angeles County District Attorney in California did not qualify for the ballot. The L.A. County Registrar’s office announced on August 15 that only 520,000 signatures had been validated out of the 715,833 signatures submitted by organizers. To get the recall on the ballot, supporters had to collect 566,857 signatures by July 6, 2022.[1][2][3]

An earlier recall attempt against Gascón also did not go to a vote in 2021. Recall supporters announced on September 16, 2021, that they had not gathered enough signatures to meet the filing deadline.[4] To get the recall on the ballot, supporters would have had to collect 579,062 signatures from registered voters in the county by October 26, 2021.[4][5]

Once again democrat thugs stand with CRIMINALS AGAINST CITIZENS.
.

If this prick could use the same tactic to allow all criminals to ‘go free and never be charged’ he would.

How does this help democrat hellholes look better? If a crime never gets on the books it makes the hellhole look like they have a lower crime rate than a decent city

One more way democrat filth cheats, lies, and hurts innocent people. Expect this prick to work to get more money for criminals..that’s always the next step.

This is like saying “Don’t file charges against burglars so they don’t go to jail”

Yup, illegal immigrants are the new preferred class by Democrats over people that were already here.
