Beryl Alaine Howell (born December 3, 1956) is the Chief United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She was a federal judge supervising the grand jury for special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections.
No matter how she rules, Trump will ignore and appeal. There is no way the Supreme Court will say he must be compelled to testify about what the FBI stole from his house.
They are at a dead end and know it. If they try to charge him with possession of classified documents, he can easily say they would be classified and it will easily pass test. They know that, so they’re trying to engineer a trap.
