Having gone all in, and with most governments and businesses coercing people to take the shot; they can’t now admit they made a mistake. Admitting they made a mistake would make them culpable for the disaster. They would in effect be admitting they’re guilty. They know the problem, but they’ll continue to treat it as a mystery.
