I can tell you this from experience….

I feel for this man and his family. My son was assaulted this past summer by three black kids and nobody wanted to touch the case. I chewed out the camp counselors for allowing that to escalate and not taking my son’s word when he said he was being stalked and harassed by those kids. We pressed charged and the police wouldn’t do crap because one of the kids refused to speak.

The police hustled him out of that meeting. Did they arrest and charge him? Is he still defending himself? He oughta sue, just for the humiliation and the callous treatment of his daughter, even if he wasn’t arrested, but especially if he was.
