Because they knew that they were going to vote on Election Day moron. That’s how Lake defeated her primary opponent, because they couldn’t come up with enough ballots to defeat Lake, even though they tried for a few days. Maricopa BOS is responsible for the machines, scanners, and printers not working on Election Day.
If you wait until election day, there is no backup if there is a problem. So who is the moron?
As I wrote, paranoid people insisted on only voting on election day because "Fraud"! But if you wait until the last day out of 4 weeks, things CAN go wrong and there will be no time to fix the problem.
FWIW, all my friends voted for the Trump slate of candidates - or so they told me. They also voted early. In person. With photo ID. As my wife and I did.
