So do the Democrats. They've figured out how to make it work for them. That's very easy to do when you are a corrupt evil piece of sh*t willing to do illegal and unethical things.
Even if we had the moral deficit necessary to go along with this corrupt practice, the legal system would come after us with both feet and people would go to prison for doing what the Democrats do routinely.
