There’s so much corruption around this entire mess that it stains all sides. Therefore nothing will happen of any consequence.
Other than this sawed off little runt will vanish soon because he stole from the wrong people. He’s going to end up sealed in a 55 gallon drum, probably while still alive, and then tossed overboard somewhere in the Caribbean.
If he’s lucky they’ll shoot a few holes in the barrel to make sure he’s never found.
