ROME — Pope Francis employed his strongest rhetoric to date Wednesday in condemning Russia’s war on Ukraine, tying it to the attempted extermination of the Jewish people during World War II.
In a greeting to Polish pilgrims following his weekly General Audience, the pontiff recalled that last Monday, the Center for Catholic-Jewish Relations at the Catholic University of Lublin commemorated the anniversary of Operation Reinhardt, codename for the secret Nazi plan in 1941-1943 to annihilate Polish Jews in German-occupied Poland.
“During the Second World War, it caused the extermination of almost two million victims, mainly of Jewish origin,” the pope declared. “May the memory of this horrible event arouse in all of us resolutions and actions of peace.

By the way, interesting thing about this story. Nothing about it involves America. The Pope in Italy, is ruling from Italy (oops I meant from the “nation” of Vatican city). he is talking about a war between Ukrainians, Polacks, and Russkis.

There are things they don’t like, the same as Nazis, communists, and dictators of various sorts but Islam is satanic in its core beliefs.
The Pope cares a great deal what Jews don't like. He'll even cover his cross if it offends them.
On September 3, 2015, Pope Francis received at the Vatican Reuven Rivlin, President of Israel, accompanied by his personal secretary Rivkah Ravitz.
When the moment came to present the latter to Francis, Ravitz affirmed that, for religious reasons, she could not shake his hand or bow to him since he was wearing a Cross.
In reply, Francis covered his pectoral Cross and bowed to her, as a way of saying that he did not care as much about his own religion as she did about Judaism.
