They are suing for severance packages that were promised BEFORE Musk’s acquisition of Twitter but which were not delivered to the fired employees.
Shouldn't they be suing the contractor that actually employs them, not Twitter?

I honestly don’t know, but just on the face of it, I would think that lawsuit would get thrown out - then again, it seems to depend on the judge these days.
