When I hover over red counties, they’re around 95-99% reported... but the blue counties around the cities are between 45-75% reported.
I suppose the hope would be that the Democrats voted early, and the remaining blue county votes being counted are Republicans who tend to vote on election day.

When they give percentages reporting that is usually how many precincts out of the total precincts. So if a precinct has not reported, all the ballots there will go into the count at once when they report. I don’t know if mail in ballots are in the precincts count or if they are counted elsewhere in a GA election.
Yes, but there are a lot more red counties than blue. All those “10% left” numbers add up.
