There are only 7 counties where the Dem is pulling 70%+, but 5 of those are clustered around Atlanta, and 3 of those 5 are significantly below the state 80% average. Unless there are red precincts holding back in those counties, I don’t see how the Dems don’t pull it out. This isn’t to say that there isn’t fraud:it likely points to it, but that Walker will likely briefly take the lead before the count hits 85% given present trends does not mean that he can be expected to retain the lead past 90%.

Election Day votes totaled 1.3 million. So far, 946k have been reported. Walker is winning ED votes.

There ARE some larger red counties, like Cherokee, with a lot of votes yet to report.
