They don't just cheat for Democrats.
Case in point: Georgia. The Republican candidates for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Secretary of State won by 8.5, 9.2, and 5.0 percentage points, respectively, but's Herschel Walker lost by 0.9 percentage points. Compare that with Texas, where the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Attorney General won by 10.9, 10.2, and 9.7 percentage points, respectively. Little difference, as was the case in Florida, where all three incumbents won by 16 to 21 percentage points.
