For 364 days you can’t stand the weasel backstabbers you are in close proximity for 50 hrs./ week minimum and all the lying, backstabbing, delay games, and general sand in the gear project management which occurs. That’s about my feeling. I live local but have worked from home for about 5 years. I don’t even know most of my “colleagues” anymore and there’s only one I actually consider a friend.
