The Constitution is moot on fraudulent elections entirely. This is a “We the People” thing.

Which "People", exactly? Because leftists and Democrats, even Antifa, use the same "We the People" phrase because they see themselves as "The People". And they use that phrase to justify all sorts of crap that isn't authorized by law because they are "The People".
The funny think is that "We The People" is the very first phrase in the Preamble to the Constitution. The Framers knew that ""The People" wouldn't always agree on substantive policies, but we could at least agree on the legal framework to resolve those disagreements.
The Constitution is "We the People". Anything else is just one faction of "The People" acting outside the law.
