My question about “reparations” is always this: how “black” do you have to be to qualify? And how would that be determined? I’ve never heard anyone talk about this. I suppose because it is an awkward question. Very few if any American blacks are 100% black, unless they came here directly from Africa.

Your math is correct, but the information in the excerpt is wrong. The California task force of idiots recommended $569 billion in reparations, not $569 million. Oh well, what are a few orders of magnitude in insane spending schemes?
The Democrats are using an old military tactic of a drill sargeant. if you have a recruit that you are having trouble disciplining, than you explicit favour him so the rest of the company will come to hate him and they will discipline him for you.
I believe that is why the Democrats are pushing reparations for blacks, so America comes to hate blacks. I’ve explained this to blacks, but all many can see is the money. They don’t understand what the Democrats are doing.
