Don't you get it? They WANT backlash. This is the way it's going to be for the next two years. Every single thing Trump says is going to get twisted around on him by the mainsteam media and Deep State establishment who absolutely hate his guts and want to destroy his presidential bid at all costs.
The media - almost all enemies of Trump - are hoping that his supporters get "tired out" by all the noise that they create. Every day is going to bring a "new Trump outrage". They are hoping that enough of his supporter throw in the towel and vote for somebody else in the primaries.
And if that works, whoever that "somebody else" is, the media will just turn their guns on that guy.
Best thing MAGA supporters can do it tune the media out and vote Trump when it's time.
Sam, you are so right! I believe Trump should get on twitter just like in the beginning. That is how I discovered the power of social media. In one tweet, he can correct the record, immediately, to correct the fake news. Truth Social is only read by his own followers. And among them, many do not read there.
