In courts of law, plaintiffs are allowed recourse for wrongful actions committed by a perpetrator, and the perpetrator does suffer consequences for his illegal actions.

In a court of law, when fraud is proven, all gains that are based on that fraud become null and void.

The Constitution provides for a republican form of government where the people, directly or indirectly, are the ultimate source of authority, electing representatives.

That didn't happen in 2020.

Just because our courts don't have the courage to void a fraudulent election, doesn't mean that they don't have that power.

The courts fear the politicians, and politicians determine the composition of the courts.
