If you recall during the hysteria, just defending Kyle, who was innocent but convicted by the media before his trial, could get you in hot water with Big Tech. Kyle said: “I think something people who believe we are overreacting about what was found in the Twitter files overlook is that lies break trust and show the character of someone.
“We now have every reason to believe there was more lies and corruption beyond twitter. If someone is willing to lie about one thing, typically they will lie about another.

I’m glad to see the twitter releases, but I have one concern. If they result in lawsuits against Twitter, wouldn’t Musk be on the hook to pay the judgments?
Good do a third-party action against the previous CEO for indemnification against the torts that he actually feased. Don’t know how that would work out.
Ngo is a badass reporter — often harmed in his efforts to report the news. Poor guy. Fearless.

Apparently, he’s ok with right-wing unprovoked assaults on leftists, though. Rather disheartening. I admire him, too, but he’s now using a double standard in his moral judgments, and that’s not a good look.
