I also notice Free Republic is getting quieter and quieter; with fewer posts over time. Are too many giving up?

We are getting more and more frustrated with the corrupt Uniparty, which remains in power. Big Tech, MSM, and the Intel Community are in collusion with the Dems and RINOs to stifle dissent and real investigations of the corruption.

The GOP/RNC did not come to the defense of Trump and the stolen election of 2020. J6 was an intelligence operation to cover up election fraud and brand anyone who had evidence of the fraud as election deniers. So what happened in 2022? The same thing as in 2020.

When people are discouraged that the system can't be changed, they lose interest in the electoral process. Stolen elections have consequences. The GOPe wants to move on. So do the people who don't want to engage in futile exercises that solve nothing. I realize that this is the Dem strategy. They become the permanent ruling party by default. And each day they cement those gains thru propaganda and the educational system.

Fr does offer stuff the other sites don't like FR mail which is really key. On the other side however not being to up or down-vote posts is a true missing link here.

I'm basically there now.

However, I'm coming to the belief that they're all the same. Republican or democrat, they just want to rule and lord over others. They're all on the same team, meaning against us.

Civic responsibility is so 18th Century (the Enlightenment is long over).
