It'll never happen. In late 2020 and early 2021 every damn court in the country,including SCOTUS,made it clear that they're not gonna touch any case connected to the 2020 Election with an 11 foot Hungarian.
Although I certainly can't prove it I'll wager that the reason starts with the words "hanging chads".
It depends on who gets behind it. It can be optics for a movement with purpose and power.
