Trump doesn’t have the balls to do anything of the sort, just look at how he allowed BLM and Antifa to burn the nation’s cities in 2020 with barely a whimper. A President with balls would have declared a national emergency, suspended habeous corpus, and sent the Marine Corps out to arrest the enemies of the USA. But he did nothing. So when the rubber meets the road, I doubt President Trump will have the courage to act.

It’s too easy to read either interpretation - that he’s saying the fraud allows for the termination of the constitution (because it was fraudulent) or because he thinks the constitution should be bypassed to solve the fraud.

The 9th and 10th Amendments are worth keeping in mind when interpreting Trump’s comment. Just because no specific remedy for the theft of a Presidential election is spelled out in the Constitution doesn’t me when lose our right to by governed by our own consent. I don’t know exactly how one would or should go about annulling a stolen Presidential election but the idea that we have no right to do so goes against the foundations of the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights.

We need to stop spinning for Trump, too. He isn’t serious about the constitution. He aligned with our needs and was a good president for the moment. He sees conservatives as a useful tool and vice versa.
He did a lot of good for the country when we needed someone to stop Hillary. His admin got many good things done, but he’s an increasingly old and self-centered New Yorker. He’s not one of us. I will certainly vote for him if he’s the nominee but don’t trust he won’t make us weaker in 2024 (running independent or can’t help himself with attacking whoever the nominee is).
