That’s ok. One of these days one of these dickheads or their chief will be getting beat up, or really need that witness. And they will look around and see they are .... alone.
One day, one of those cops might end uno their backs, fighting for their lives. I hope the people just drive on by.
Years ago when cops would pull dui check points here in NJ they did it with all the swagger of some SS thug.
After having been stopped coming home late at night by one of these punks the first thing this kid, because I could see he was much younger than me he said “Sir how much have you had to drink tonight?’’
I was tired, had a rough night at work and was just not in the mood for this and I said “Listen asshole, I haven’t had a drink in 25 years’’.
The kid didn’t know what to do or say but an older cop came over and said “Is there a problem’’?
The kid said “He called me an asshole’’.
The older cop said “Sir I’m going to need you to step out of the car’’.
I said “I’m not stepping out. I told this kid I haven’t had a drink in 25 years’’.
There followed a moment or two of silence and then he said ‘’Get out of here’’.
