Of course. With Obama and Biden forcing a lot of coal workers to "learn to code", many power utilities were forced to depend more on natural gas fueled power plants. Thus power rates are more joined at the hip to natural gas rates than ever before. The more the power companies' fuel costs are, the higher the rate riders are they add to the power rates.
Brandon: If you like your cheap power for charging your mandated EV, you can keep it.
