I take these three, and many others, never miss a dose, and have been sick three times since September 2021.
They aren’t magic.
But I also walk outside about 5 miles a day, never social distance and never, ever wear a mask unless absolutely compelled to (such as at a hospital).
I also eat well with plenty of eggs, sardines, berries, whole-fat yogurt and lots of meat.
I think it's the whole lifestyle, not just a few vitamins.
Same thing with me. 10,000 units of Vitamion D for years, zinc, C, the whole shebang, and I got Covid two years ago, horribly sick, and I’ve been horribly sick with bronchitis for five weeks.
So sick that I lost 20 pounds in three weeks and spent most of those weeks in bed, too sick to move.
It’s not a miracle drug.
