Doc told me that during flu season he does not shop in grocery stores that have a pharmacy.
I’ve taken that advice and for the last seven or eight years I have not had the flu.
Something to keep in mind.
Don’t ever touch the basket handles. I take a plastic grocery bag and wrap it on the handle. Works for me.

Good thinking. I have to find one of those. Most of ours have pharmacies. Maybe not Aldi’s.
