Probably not allowed to go public, but they can leak it and nothing will be done.
However, this sets a precedence that the GOP if they had the balls. Can no look at Biden’s entire family taxes since he was elected. And then connect the dots. And leak them as well.

Even during the Trump presidency the DOJ was working against him. It's not a question of whether the DOJ is politically left. It's a question of the degree, and I can't imagine that changing much. And when they indict in DC the courts will convict a ham sandwich. "All your base are belong to us."
