It’s what the “justice system” has begun to count on. And it’s wrong, IMHO.
Courts should be meting out harsh punishments to convicted violent offenders. We shouldn’t have to rely on inmates to pick up after weak judges.
I understand the sentimate. I really do. But I think it amounts to a form of lawlessness or back-handed vigilante justice.

Well then I guess us regular folks should just instill FRONT HANDED VIGILANTE JUSTICE!
If the police and courts can’t do their jobs properly, then the ONLY ALTERNATIVE is for honest citizens to defend themselves.
