San Francisco city officials recently unveiled a new, self-cleaning toilet designed to reflect San Francisco values. The toilet DOES reflect San Francisco values: it cost too much, doesn't work, and allows creepy bimbos and pretentious 'elites' to 'feel good' about themselves. Fisco - hellhole with attitude.

The whole design looks like it came from some architecture school senior project. Why bother with complex curved surfaces that drive up the cost?
The goal of the project wasn't to provide better access to public restrooms, it was intended to showcase some designer's idea for a building shape. In that it succeeded.

Like with all Frisco projects advertised to benefit street bums, >90% of $$ went to friends of political trash.

San Francisco's sustainable, self-cleaning toilet of the future breaks down after 3 days...A perfect metaphor for the city itself.

Vladimir Voinovich in his novel “Moscow 2042” satirized that true communism would be achieved when primary matter (food) equaled secondary matter (feces). San Francisco may be the first to achieve this level of communism.

Outside of England and the architectural community, not many would refer to this structure as a “WC”, as noted on the exterior.

As a cab driver I appreciate the public terlets on occasion. During the lockdown they were PRICELESS.
But the problem in Sf is not lack of public toilets. The problem is junkies and crazies who have no particular interest in using one. They are out of it and they don’t care and they go wherever.
