I’ll tell you what’s astounding. The fact that any county in Arizona would certify this sham election.

"Failed" to certify or deemed impossible to certify? There is a difference.

“The refusal to certify the results is directly tied to those who would rather sow distrust in our electoral process than protect our democracy and ensure that all votes are counted.” The moron who stated this oxymoron should be shot. Their view is that one or two counties should be able to make a sham of all of the state's votes - and that local authorities should have no voice on whather the election was fairly conducted. Maricopa county is big enough to steal the whole state, but apparently the moron doesn't believe statewide concerns should be a consideration at the county leve.
It's the democrat plat writ large - corrupt key areas, and force everyone else to accept it.

WOO-Hoo! Discovery.
The code should be included in there as well, proprietary BS be damned.

Time to apply the wisdom of Solomon...divvy up Arizona between Maricopa and the rest of the counties. Hobbs can be the Governor of Maricopa, and Lake can be the Governor of Everything Else. Easy peasy.

Certify or not matters little, so why do they bother when they will force certification regardless?

If an election has mountainous problems to the point where citizens do not have the opportunity to cast their vote, the election should absolutely never be certified as complete? The ‘mandated’ dates for certification are bogus and should never be honored if any citizen was denied a vote. Period.
