What do you believe not certifying our election and disenfranchising all our Republican votes would have accomplished? Why isn’t everyone going after a Maricopa? Why weren’t there massive demonstrations there? Nothing would have changed anything if we did not certify. I take That back, it would have thrown my conservative County into chaos.

“What do you believe not certifying our election ... would have accomplished?”

I already explained that in my previous post, but I’ll say it again. It would have put more pressure on the state to not certify. As it is now, Cochise County is the only county preventing a rubber stamp state certification.

“Why isn’t everyone going after a Maricopa?”

They are. We can walk and chew gum at the same time.

“Why weren’t there massive demonstrations there [in Maricopa]?”

There have been demonstrations, not as massive as they should be, but there have been demonstrations. Why don’t YOU join them and go demonstrate? Why don’t you organize these massive demonstrations against the disenfranchisement of your county’s voters? It’s a serious question.

“Nothing would have changed anything if we did not certify.”

You don’t know that. The process is still playing itself out, thanks to Cochise County.

It’s one thing to espouse pointless, futile gestures. They can make us feel a little better for a while.

But I’m amazed at the number of people willing to throw conservative voters in Mohave County and Republicans across AZ under the bus just to make themselves happy.

You did what you should have for your county.
