If we did not certify Mohave County’s votes it would have disenfranchised all the voters from Mohave County. NOT Maricopa County. It would have changed the outcome of several State races where we either won or are very close (AG). I think the misunderstanding is that if enough Counties don’t certify there will be a revote. There will never be a revote. As soon as Maricopa certified their votes, it’s over. Now the lawsuits begin. Did anyone here know that Abe Hamaddeh cannot have he recount until all Counties certify? Mohave County went for Kari Lake almost 80%. To all those out there who are bashing us, please tell me what not certifying would have accomplished?
The proper response is, “Come arrest me, you SOB’s.” A vote with a gun to your head is not a vote. Arizona Patriots need to fix their state.
Recounts are useless. If it can't be audited it wasn't an election. Thanks for you accounting though.
I did not, and probably no one else did, either.
Thanks for your valuable, informed perspective.
Not certifying would have prevented the state from certifying or at the very least would have made state certification uncertain. Instead, you’ve let Cochise County take all the heat. You could have stood with them and made the same choice they made. If you had, the chances of blocking state certification would have been increased.
“If we did not certify Mohave County’s votes it would have disenfranchised all the voters from Mohave County. NOT Maricopa County.”
You’re disenfranchising the voters of Mohave County by letting Maricopa County override their choice on state-wide races throughvoter fraud.
I think you did the best you could. Never mind the folks here who talk tough from a safe distance.

The Board of Supervisors has a non-discretionary duty to canvass the returns as provided by the

or reject the election results
PA has remarkably similar election certification laws (imagine that! hmmm), and Luzerne County PA just said to hell with the certification deadline.
