"He is going to get tossed. With the clearance he holds he is gone."

I wouldn't take much of a bet on that. Clearances only matter if they are enforced if it had one at all.

I know he is and I have the experience n the right areas to back up what I’m saying. Not the way things are coming out on him. He is compromised and soon to be gone.

He is going to get tossed. With the clearance he holds he is gone.

In my opinion, a thief who steals a traveler's luggage ranks especially low among criminals. Hope they throw the book at him.

Pictures at site, get a barf bag!

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11481793/Bidens-non-binary-nuclear-waste-guru-claims-accidentally-picked-2-325-bag-airport.html

Biden’s non-binary nuclear waste guru used $2,325 bag for a month after stealing it from airport carousel and unpacking female victim’s clothes - but claims it was an ACCIDENT: Keeps his job despite being charged - as White House says NOTHING

Sam Brinton, a senior DOE official, is alleged to have stolen a suitcase from the baggage carousel at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport on September 16

Brinton then took the bag to a St. Paul hotel and then returned to the airport in order to travel to Washington DC on September 18

Sometime between then and October 9, Brinton took a trip, with the suitcase, to Europe

After they were contacted by police, Brinton initially denied taking the suitcase but later admitted to the theft, citing tiredness for the confusion

Brinton said that they left the clothing from the suitcase, worth over $2,300, in the hotel room in St. Paul, police say that is untrue

If found guilty they could now face five years in jail, a $10,000 fine, or both

Do you know the person who had their bag stolen by Sam Brinton? If so, contact Paul.Farrell@mailonline.com

*** After they were contacted by police, Brinton initially denied taking the suitcase but later admitted to the theft, citing tiredness for the confusion***

To clarify what a big fat whopper he told the cops, another article at https://alphanews.org/controversial-energy-official-charged-with-stealing-womans-luggage-at-msp/ gives the pertinent information.

*** Brinton arrived at MSP Airport around 4:27 p.m. on an American Airlines flight from Washington, D.C., but did not check a bag, meaning he had no reason to visit baggage claim, according to the complaint.***

Not in this case and Biden’s standing in the military is very tenuous and troubled.

This freak, the police called him. They had probable cause for felony theft to frog march him then bust him in half during the van ride, and they called him.

And then the freak lied to the IO. LOL GAME OVER. I'll put his resignation sometime before Christmas on a slow news day.

Police questioned Brinton about the missing bag in an Oct. 9 phone call and asked him directly if he “took anything that did not belong” to him.

“If I had taken the wrong bag, I am happy to return it, but I don’t have any clothes for another individual. That was my clothes when I opened the bag,” he told police, according to the complaint.

Brinton allegedly called the investigating officer two hours later and apologized for not being “completely honest.” This time Brinton said he took the bag because he was tired and thought it was his, the complaint says. He allegedly told police that he realized the bag didn’t belong to him when he opened it up at the hotel but “got nervous” and didn’t “know what to do.”

Worried that people would think he “stole the bag,” Brinton told police he left the victim’s clothes in the drawers in the hotel room, according to the complaint.

Police told Brinton how to return the bag to Delta, but as of Oct. 27 the victim still had not received her bag back. Police also learned that no clothing was recovered from the hotel room.

The victim said the estimated value of the bag and its contents was around $2,325.

Brinton’s first court hearing is scheduled for Dec. 19 in Hennepin County. Alpha News attempted to contact Brinton via email but received an automatic reply saying he is on leave and unable to access his email. The Department of Energy declined to comment. Brinton’s attorneys did not respond to multiple requests for comment."

"Bottom sissy boyz can’t pass up designer luggage. It wasn’t (insert pronoun here) fault."

They need to go back to the boarding of the initial flight, review the cameras, and a million dollars says the freak stalked the woman who checked the stolen luggage, meaning they/it/shit/freak has established mens rea of the felony theft, overcoming any 'accidental' claim.

Right now someone has drawn the short straw in the White Hospice to be dispatched to this queer and demand resignation, lest he be subpoena'd the first week of January.
