Not so fast. The judicial system carries much of the blame as well. Lawyers are just doing what lawyers do.Quite frankly this is excellent PR for Kraft Shells and Cheese.
It’s preposterous, outrageous and ludicrous.....
Get a bigger more powerful microwave or sue the manufacture of the microwave.
Expect labels to have smaller text then they do now explaining the different times for different wattage. Heck maybe because of different climate.
I hope the court throws her and the lawyer in jail after having them time them cooking the mac & cheese. Blow a whistle and yell GO!
Home Depot / Lowes were sued for saying a 2x4 was a 2x4 etc.
They had to change the signage to exact specs.
