"I find that very disheartening," he concluded.
Two members of the Mohave County, Ariz., Board of Supervisors on Monday voted to certify the results of the Nov. 8 midterm elections "under duress," claiming he was forced to do so under threat of jail time.
"I vote 'aye' under duress. I found out today that I have no choice but to vote 'Aye' or I will be arrested and charged with a felony," Gould said while casting his vote. "I don't think that that is what the founders had in mind when they used the democratic process to elect our leaders."
"I find that very disheartening," he concluded. Video footage of the vote showed Gould raise his objections. Just the News has sought comment from Gould.

Ron Gould of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors was told he would be arrested if he did not certify the election.
Mohave was certified under duress."
One last thought about this election certification that should have been held up.
If they would have not certified and held it up, the county could have filed criminal charges against Maricopa County election officers in THIS court here in Mohave county.
A more friendly court you would agree. Yes or no?
So when does this county file criminal charges against them in court here?
As one other poster stated, they disenfranchised the Mohave county vote so since you guys certified it and the there no other recourse to action, when do you file criminal charges against them on behalf of thsoe you represent?
Oh absolutely, and very good point. There would have been an armed protest with at least a thousand locals there. They would have never got out of their cars to even show up to court. This would have went viral and national and “brought even more attention” to their criminal acts.
They were bluffing and we should have called their bluff. Myself, had I been in the hot seat? I would have called their cards and let them take me to jail. This would have forced a court and I could have subpoenaed their records as part of my own defense.
It would be the last thing they would want...
Wife got solicited for Stem Cell treatments. It IS A SCAM and can be a DANGEROUS SCAM.
You know who I am referring to here? It was called Nation Wellness Center.
AS far as I understand on the research, there are just TWO or Three Doctors in AZ that are permitted to do special stem cell therapy at this time. And the only authorization per the FDA is for Blood and Immune disorders.
So my suggestion is to move to go through the permit process to allow them to solicite for their business. If they do not have the proper authorization from the FDA, in this case, then they get no permit. They will have to show ALL the proper licenses and authorizations to allow to set up shop.
Up to 5000 dollars per treatment for this. The norm would be up to 500 dollars for treatment at a legal clinic.
I have seem several of these flyers come in the mail for crap like this.
Not ours. Yours, maybe.
