Well everyone knows that if you’re murdered by a nutcase or a juvenile you’re not as dead as if you were murdered by a sane adult. Mercy to murderers is cruelty to their victims and their loved ones.

Simple process; find out where he lives , spend some time at the range, learn about range and windage, take the shot.

Unless your really good I would recommend center of mass, if you think your that good go for the head shot.
