If I’m Dems, I’m suing to make sure the votes in Cochise County are thrown out since they didn’t certfiy them.

Dems lost the State Superintendent of Public Education race by a narrow margin, and will probably win it without Cochise County. Also, in the Attorney General race the Dem is only ahead by 510 votes out of 2.5 million. With Cochise votes disqualified, the Dem is ahead by thousands of votes and doesn’t have to worry about losing a recount.

Apparently, they can’t certify the state as a whole until each county certifies. So, the next step is that the Dems will file for a writ of mandamus to compel the Cochise County election board to certify the election. If they refuse, they will be held in contempt of court, fined or jailed, etc. If they can not certify until Jan. 1st, 2022, all hell breaks lose because there would be no governor, or acting governor, and no one certified as having won the state house races, federal elections, etc. How long can the Cochise board hold out against judicial pressure? It might be a good time for them to take a foreign vacation.
