I was thinking the same thing. I don’t believe anybody was “forced” to take it. They thought the benefits of “died suddenly” outweighed the risk of having to find another job.
Vaxual harrassment, rather.
Weighing consequences=forced?
There are degrees of force.
Being tied down and forcibly injected is a “10.”
Being denied employment, when you have debts and a mortgage, without so much as being allowed unemployment insurance, and have dependents like little kids or aged parents? That’s about an 8 or 9 in my book.
Having your educational career that you have crafted for a lifetime destroyed? 6 or 7?
Social shaming, ostracization, loss of family and friends?> Easily a 6.
Being refused such things as: weddings, funerals, support group meetings for such critical things as addiction or child loss, worship attendance and participation, workouts, lunch with friends, visiting of those incarcerated in nursing homes, family at the hospital, all the things that keep us human and farther from the edge? Can be a 1-10 depending on your situation.
Heck yes we were forced and we were forced for a long time and it was absolutely vile.

Force is a compulsion by physical means or by legal requirement.
There are an estimated 72 million to 85 million millenials in the US. Baseline deaths per year pre-covid was 60,000 deaths per year. Note that excess deaths was 30% prior to introduction of the vaccines. So it's entirely possible 30% or more of the excess deaths during the vaccines were just covid and not the vax.
So 60,000 deaths / 72 million millenials = Chance of millenial dying pre covid = 0.0008 or 0.08%. Millenial's chance of dying once COVID19 started rose to about 0.011%. And during the vax period

And here's a chart showing that excess deaths were about 30% before the vaccine rollout at 55% became 0.012%.
Note also that 84% appears to be the peak at a point in time and doesn't even show on the second graph. whereas the Aug-Dec range was 55%.
That or get fired, get discharged, never work in medicine again…
I was personally bullied, harassed and my HR department dismissed it completely. Lists of the unvaccinated are distributed to leadership, etc. I have taken a 60% paycut, so far.
Worked and paid for every penny of my education.. now I am shut out of most opportunities.
How do you define force?
The kulaks defined it, just like this. I am still asked at every interview because, CMS has dictated the amount of money they will disburse provider, hospitals and other healthcare entities based on flu and covid compliance.
