Brooks clearly targeted White people. The fact that there weren’t any non-Whites in significant numbers in his way merely shows how he targeted it.

He had a violent altercation right beforehand and was on bail so he was on the run from police before even being near the parade. I watched the trial and IMO it was yet another violent drug induced episode where he lost it and didn’t understand the consequences like many times in the past. Like when he ran over his black girlfriend with the same car.
The city he lives in happens to be only 3% black so of course any victims in the entire town are unlikely to be. On the other hand fhe Buffalo idiot specifically drove to a town and neighborhood he had never been to. Only because it was almost entirely black.
