I have one question about all this chaos—Kanye asked Trump to be his running mate...so is Kanye running as a republican?

I support DeSantis in 2024.

I support DeSantis as well. Trump has had his day in the sun. Now he's just a character on a TV reality show. A sad vestige of his former self.

Anyone who visits Trump is cleared to visit Trump - by Trump and by the Secret Service.

Exactly. Trump looks foolish blaming Kayne for bringing the other guest.

If Trump didn’t vet his dinner guests, he is an idiot ans has no business being President

If Trump vetted his guests and still had them over, he is an idiot and has no business being President

Trump has a habit of surrounding himself with people that will stroke his ego - the deep state took advantage of that and sabotaged his Presidency.

No, Trump did fine. I have been to dinners where I didn’t know everyone.

Friends have brought friends to parties that I didn’t know.

Pretty common.

Have you invited TWO people to YOUR house and did not know everyone?

Friends have brought friends to parties that I didn’t know.

Are you running for President? Would it be good practice to screen your guests if you were? For security reasons if nothing else.

Pretty common.

Only if you are careless

You sound emotional, you ok?

I'm fine, Thanks. Do you always attack the messenger when you can't compose a cogent argument?

Trump made bad choices in choosing his advisors during his Presidency - his recent actions lead me to believe he has not learned anything since.

Nick Fuentes as dinner guest a bogus attempt by the media to keep the heat of the Joe and Hunter investigation.

Then why does this not apply to folks who aren’t Trump? Example a billionaires party where a non-billionaire was invited (Epstein) by the host. Yet everyone there was guilty by association. These rules seem to be flexible, depending upon bias and preferred narrative.

I could give a crap about all this. I’ll still vote for him in my state primary (and general election when he wins the nomination.)

This is all just manufactured MSM and Democrat/RINO establishment BS to keep Trump from running.

Trump said on Truth Social that Ye brought far-right activist Nick Fuentes to the dinner on Tuesday night and that he did not know who Fuentes was.

Trump needs to hire a staffer that would screen this stuff, sheesh.

Anthony Scaramucci
Anthony Fauci
John Bolton
Jared Kushner
Christopher Wray
William Barr
Roger Stone
James Mattis
Omarosa
Jeff Sessions

And that’s just off the top of my head.

Kanye crashed Mar-a-Lago! Trump says that disgraced rapper 'unexpectedly' showed up at his Florida estate and ex-president 'knew nothing about' his posse - that included a known white nationalist

Presumably Kanye was known as a person to the SS, who then phoned the boss and said, "He's here. Do you want to let him in?" and Trump, not knowing who the other person was, said yes. I blame the SS for not doing a search on the guest. Then again, many of them may be happy to sandbag Trump in the media and make it look accidental.

Couldn't be a truer statement.

I’ve been staying off these threads but thanks for being the first to mention the Secret Service. I’m sure they vet visitors unless Pres. Trump told them not to. Of course they shouldn’t be political, if they saw no danger, there’s nothing to do. Discovering political danger is the responsibility of his staff, I’m sure he has some. Anyone could have figured this out with a search on his cell phone in a minute. Better yet if you’re meeting with Presidential primary opponent Ye, have the good sense to meet with him and buy his guests a drink or lunch at the Mar a Lago bar. Poor judgement on many levels. The SS the least of them, but they’re on the list.
