“All I know is Kyiv gets an average of one hour of sunlight a day in December. Moscow gets only gets 6 minutes, but at least it isn’t getting bombed.”
I think it’s more than that for both cities, even with clouds. Being a Putin puppet, I’m aware that winters in the Motherland are quite dark, with the sun still saying low over horizon, even on clear days (at least that’s what my handlers tell me).
A guy who lived in Moscow for some years said the 6 minutes thing. However, I just asked Google and the answer was 16 hours or about 30 minutes a day. I asked about Kyiv and 31 hours for the month was the answer.
