Trump had a friend call him and ask to come have dinner with him. Trump realized this friend was going through a lot, and told him to come over. Trump would never have suspected anything so snaky from Kanye.
Kanye brought other people who Trump knew nothing about. These other people seem to have an agenda, and seem to be making use of Kanye to see it through. Kanye allowed himself to be used to ambush Trump. Shame on him. He’s not quite right - why on earth would he think Trump would be interested in being his running mate? That’s just bizarre.
If Trump initiated the contact a question comes to mind. Is Trump running for President or running to be the national celebrity mental health counselor? It can’t be both!
Also it’s clear that Kayne & Fuentes used Trump as an opportunity to gain some public legitimacy by association. Trump or Trump advisors should have immediately realized that.
All this did was harm the MAGA cause which is much more then Trump!
