I watched these guys for years when they were living in China. They mostly talked about the food and culture. They drove their motorcycles to all parts of China and created great documentaries on their travels.
They were criticized heavily by the local nationalists for not presenting an entirely positive view of China. They didn't criticize the government, but they did criticize the scam artists, the xenophobia and selfishness of the typical Chinese citizen, the tofu buildings, etc.
As things started to break down in China and foreigners became less welcome, they turned up their criticism, but then ultimately had to leave. I believe they now live in southern California and talk about the things they couldn't talk about when they were in China, how Chinese Americans are harassed by Chinese agents in America, and about cars and motorcycles.
They are both success stories for going from menial jobs in China and YouTube channels into a going business.
How are they advancing any kind of CIA narrative? At first they could be accused of sugarcoating life in China, and now they could be accused of unfairly slamming China. Did the CIA first instruct them to go soft on China for the sake of Apple, and now the CIA has instructed them to go hard on China in preparation for war over Taiwan? So many dominoes have to line up for this to be true.
On the other hand there is this character who goes by the name of "Nextrush" who is trying to illegitimately acquire clout from the memory of Rush Limbaugh who spouts typical conservative talking points and just repeats what boomercons want to hear. He is more likely a grifter or fed than SerpentZA or laowhy86.
The media hypocrisy alone would have triggered Rush’s “BS Meter”.
Media coverage of these anti-COVID lockdown protests contain no talk about “extremists” and “Anti-Semites” and so on.
The same media that trashed Australian and Canadian and New Zealander and British and American COVID lockdown protests as the work of mentally ill people crackpots etc. hyping protests against COVID restrictions when they happen to be in China.
Something smells here and I smell “Five Eyes” intelligence and allied forces.
And I smell media under the thumb of government agencies in the “Five Eyes” countries media companies directly funded by government during COVID.
