What will happen is a rapatriation of industry back to the USA and a huge flurry of ecnomic growth and opportunity right here in the USA.Hopefully you are correct (and IMHO the Trump Administration should have put more urgency into it), however repatriating our offshored industries will take years to rebuild, not months which is what is need to avoid a depression.
