I think a lot of what happened, was because of the SC overturning US abortion rights.

Maybe at one time Independents were introspective, individualistic yet I feel they have changed. I know (from an article) they are younger today..somewhere around 55% of them are young. More of them lean towards liberal causes like abortion.
Personally I feel they are largely more influenced by M.S.M. Propoganda. I also think a fairly high proportion of them are what Rush called low info voters (maybe not as bad as Dems). They basically ignored the daily realities of real issues like the economy, inflation, gas prices immigration crisis, crime, Biden’s performance. Instead they seemed to have focused on abortion and Jan 6.
Gee now why would they have focused on Jan 6 and abortion? (back to MSM). Am I the only one that remembers the nonstop senate investigation—-USSR show trial style—-every night for months on MSM channels? How about the constant reporting on some girl (1 in a 100 million) who got raped and was pregnant with a weird health issue that couldn’t get an abortion now?
And yes cba123 I agree abortion was key. As Michael Savage said why didn’t the SCOTUS push that ruling back past the midterms? He said you find out who set that date and you find who is behind the true conspiracy of the left. He was spot on about everything else in this election.
(i find the explanation they ruled on it before midterms because That was on the schedule childish to the extreme. Imagine a SCOTUS with 5 leftists who would pass on a golden opportunity like timing on a big ruling—-it wouldn’t happen).
