I remember many of these same articles being written during the 2016 GOP presidential campaign.

Just as they did in 2016. I guess we will see how that works for them. Of course, that being said, as long as the GOP just ignores election fraud, there is no way they will win another Presidential election again. Even in states where they control the legislature by large margins, they refuse to do anything about the ballot fraud that has been prevalent in the past few elections. I suspect they prefer to be in the minority. The money still rolls in, but they have to do very little to receive it.

That’s an exaggeration but we delude ourselves if we think Is as strong as he was. To a large extent Trump snuck in before. In their minds there was no way he could win. That is over and they have taken many steps to prevent it from happening again.
