Yes that’s correct. Since Democrats will control the counting of votes in AZ, PA and AZ there’s no viable way for Republicans to win. There aren’t enough voters to out-vote the “ballots”.
You can’t blame Democrats for what happened in Arizona. Republicans run Maricopa County.
