Excess Death data is so very important. That importance starts in early 2020.
There were no vaccines then. There were no quarantines to mention then. The virus was too new. No policies had yet evolved.
But in that early 2020 timeframe EDs were generated in the US. Their curve rose. It rose sharply. And it aligned very closely with the Covid death count curve. Re-read that. It defines everything.
This was before vax. This was before anyone was scared away from going to the doctor and missing heart meds prescription renewal. It was before masks and hand sanitizer had become huge. In this timeframe, every death is real. Every death is clear. And all that excess came from the virus.
People would be very wise to stop thinking of all this in past tense. Japan is getting smacked very hard by the virus right now. The Chinese Zero Covid policy is in effect because they can count, too.
And they know more about the virus than anyone else.
